This course is designed to lead to entry to the computing industry as a Computer technician or as a Support Officer. Students gain advanced skills and in-depth knowledge of operating systems, computer networks and hardware. The more specialised technical support skills are delivered in the second year of the course. Successful completion of the first year of this course leads to the award of HNC Computing. |
